Two new Progress reports now available - 1) Solicitor referrals between specific dates 2) Breakdown of client referrals by postcode between specific dates.

Recently we've seen a small number of mediation cases involving 3rd parties. As a result Progress now includes screens for specifying 3rd party address information and generating mailmerge letters. Our Quick Find tool searches client names including 3rd party details.
March 29th
To assist with monthly analysis of your service we've introduced four new reports - monthly intakes analysis, monthly missed appointments, monthly brought forward cases and monthly case starts.

New 'My reports' feature added. This provides a tailor-made reports section for each mediator in Progress Mediation. Just provide specific reports for mediators which they require.
March 23th
10:50pm - As part of our continual programme to ensure the reliability of our servers, we moved Progress Mediation to new hardware in the Slough data centre this evening. The service was off-line < 5 minutes whilst the transfer took place. Normal service is now resumed.
March 5th
New activity reports added for tracking where there has been no case activity for 30/60/90 days. Can be used to comply with three month activity report for LSC contracts.

New Direct Messaging (DM) features out this week. Archiving messages between users, and instant new message popup.

New custom mediator Consolidated report launched. Makes it easier to determine intakes and mediations performed by each mediator.

New Doc U Store service launched. Enables non case related documents to be shared between mediators and admin staff without the need for onsite network storage.

New client portal launched. Provides clients with help ticketing system for requests or assistance with functionality.

New migration service can assist with moving case data from other case management systems.

Following feedback, we've added multiple automatic case tasks when the case is created. These can be customised to help prompt activity at key stages.

We've moved Progress onto it's own dedicated VPS server in London. This provides us with a state-of-the-art server for running Progress Mediation.

Progress is in the final stages of testing this week with the latest templates.
We're just implementing the final set of changes to the case functionality following a feedback session with our expert Medator.
