What is the benefit of storing all case information on the internet?

All your information is in a central location which is accessible from anywhere with an internet connection.

What if we don't want to put all the information on the internet?

If you are concerned about security issues, we can install a stand-alone system on your premises which is not accessible across the internet. However we believe that the internet is the way forward for storage and accessibility. We take every precaution to ensure that your data is secure and safe.

How do you safeguard the data to ensure that nothing is lost?

We backup the data on our servers on a nightly basis then replicate any changes to a backup server to ensure that we can get you up and running as soon as possible in the case of an emergency. We also provide you with the means of manually backing up your data if you wish to keep your own copy onsite.

Can we generate our own custom letter templates for use in our cases?

Yes! You can generate any custom letter and we will then translate this into 'xml' format and upload onto the website for you to access. You will then be able to access this template from any of your cases.

You can view some information on an Apple Mac, however currently we only fully support the Microsoft Windows OS's. This includes Microsoft Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. We anticipate that Windows 8 will also be compatible (when available).

When document templates are used to generate letters, they are automatically opened in Word.

Can you migrate my data from another system?

We can migrate a large amount of case information stored in other database systems if it can be exported to CSV or Excel files. This can include client names/addresses, key dates, case information. Depending on the format of case activities, some of this can also be migrated.
