Migration from your existing case management system
Family mediation services operating for a number of years may already have purchased case management software. During this time, a large number of cases will have been entered along with custom letter templates, solicitor contact details and other information essential for running the service.
What can you do if you find the software isn't flexible enough to suit your service after the Legal Aid Reforms - are you locked to your existing supplier and software?
The good news is - you're not! It's possible for us to migrate case information from popular family mediation case management systems to Progress Mediation. *
How does it work? We take a copy of your current data (usually in the form of excel files) and migrate the data into the format used by Progress. You then have access using our system to :
- Solicitor contacts database
- Calendar - defining case appointments
- Key dates and tasks for each case
- Letter templates - these can be modified to insert specific case information using field codes
- 'Open' cases migrated into Progress Mediation
- 'Closed' cases migrated into Progress Archive
